About these terms
I’m Austin, the creator behind 1guy1piano. These terms cover this website and the streaming and creator services described on it. You can contact me at enquiries@1guy1piano.com. I’ll provide my full trading details and business contact address with your written quote before you book.
Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry does not create a booking or reserve a date. Before you commit, I’ll send a written quote setting out the work, deliverables, timing, full price, payment arrangements and cancellation information. A booking is agreed when we both confirm the quote in writing. Keep that confirmation for your records. Any agreed changes will also be confirmed in writing.
Packages and prices
The services page describes the current package limits. Guide prices are £39.99 for a one-hour consultation (a limited-time offer; usual price £59), £179 for streaming software setup over one to three hours, £299 for complete virtual setup with up to four hours of calls, £89.99 for Discord and Linktree setup (a limited-time offer; usual price £199), and £499 for a website with up to three pages. Prices are in pounds sterling. I am not VAT registered and no VAT is charged.
Complete virtual setup includes the software setup package within its four-hour total call allowance. The consultation is advice and review, rather than hands-on configuration. Community and website packages each include one round of changes within the agreed work. The community package includes up to ten Discord channels, five roles, two standard bots, ten Linktree links and a 30-minute walkthrough. The website package covers Home, Services and Contact pages, a walkthrough and domain connection, using your supplied content. Additional remote support has a guide price of £50 per hour; I’ll get your agreement before doing chargeable extra work. A change to advertised prices does not change an already agreed booking.
Separate costs and custom packages
Equipment, domain registration and renewals, paid software, plugins, premium assets and subscriptions are not included in the package prices. Any hosting costs will be confirmed before booking. I’ll explain any additional costs and get your agreement before committing you to them. Custom packages cover technical advice for an existing LIVE setup or hands-on, in-person support. The work, price and any travel costs are agreed in an individual quote before booking.
Preparing for your session
Please provide accurate information about your computer, equipment, accounts and what you want to achieve. You’ll need a working internet connection and any agreed equipment ready for a remote session. I’ll check compatibility and platform access before confirming the work. Back up important files before setup changes. If remote access is needed, I’ll explain it and ask for your permission; please do not send passwords by email.
If equipment, access or technical problems prevent the agreed work, we’ll discuss a suitable alternative or revised plan. I won’t charge for extra time without your agreement. These preparation steps do not remove my responsibility to carry out the service with reasonable care and skill.
Websites, communities and ownership
You keep ownership of your accounts, domain and supplied content. You must have permission to use the text, images and other material you provide. Your quote will explain the files, access and rights included in the handover. Third-party software, fonts, images, themes and bots remain subject to their own licences.
The website package uses your supplied text and images. Online shops, memberships, extra pages and custom features need a separate quote. Ongoing website maintenance, hosting management, community moderation and continued support are not included unless agreed in writing. Basic search optimisation does not guarantee a Google ranking or indexing.
Platform access and results
These are independent services, not services provided or endorsed by TikTok, Discord or Linktree. Platform providers control their own eligibility, features and account rules. I can help with your setup, but I cannot grant TikTok LIVE access or stream keys, or guarantee audience growth, income or uninterrupted third-party services.
Changing or cancelling a booking
If you need to rearrange, let me know as soon as possible. Outside statutory cancellation rights, any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be explained in your quote before you book. No automatic non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee is imposed by this page. If I cannot deliver the agreed work, I’ll offer an alternative you can accept or a refund for the work I cannot provide. This does not limit any further rights you have.
Service quality and complaints
Please email me with your booking details and explain the issue so I can look into it. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Where consumer law entitles you to repeat performance or a price reduction, those rights apply. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using this website and external links
You’re welcome to browse and share links. Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or send spam. Original website material belongs to me or is used with permission; other owners keep their rights in their content and branding. Ask before copying material beyond what the law allows. Gear descriptions reflect my own setup; check specifications and suitability with the seller before buying. External services have their own terms.
Privacy and updates
My privacy and cookie policy explains how enquiry information is handled. These terms may change as the services develop. Updates apply from publication and do not change a previously agreed booking without your agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
